Our role is also to maximize the client’s performance related to human resources by introducing or marketing “best practice” products or services and provide periodic feedback to clients regarding their performance related to annual management objectives.
We perform needs assessments or audits and make recommendations or proposals, coordinate the creation and implementation of an action, and when required, organize and coordinate cross-functional Human Resource teams to assist the client with developing and implementing performance improvement corrective plans, programs or processes.

As an extended team of our client, we start working from recruitment forecasting, go all the way scheduling assessments and interviews covering resource planning, skill identification, managing applications.
Once we schedule the interviews and finalise the selection. We do the background and reference checks and handle offer management to ensure smooth enrolment.
Our responsibility concludes with reporting and seamless onboarding of the hires. In the case of international hires, we acquaint the candidates with local laws, immigration procedures, and administrative regulations.
